Our privacy policy isn't written for lawyers—it's written for players. We believe transparent data handling is a core gameplay mechanic: predictable rules, clear boundaries, and no hidden penalties.
Data Minimization
We only collect what’s necessary for the app to function—game progress, device identifiers for analytics, and optional account email. No behavioral tracking beyond what’s needed for performance.
Transparent Access
Through the in-app settings, you can request a full export of your data, delete your account permanently, or adjust analytics preferences at any time—no hidden menus.
Local Compliance
Registered in Warsaw under Polish law (KRS), we adhere strictly to EU GDPR standards, with a local data protection officer overseeing all compliance matters.
Your Data Journey

No account needed. We generate a local anonymous ID (UUID) stored only on your device. No data leaves your phone.
Optional Account Creation
If you choose to sync progress, we collect an email address. This is stored encrypted in our EU-based servers. No password; we use a magic link.
Gameplay Analytics
Anonymous event data (level completion, crashes) is sent via a secure tunnel to our Polish server. Used for bug fixes and performance tuning. No personal tags.
Data Deletion Request
Upon request via the Settings menu or email, we purge all associated data within 30 days. We send a confirmation token once the process is complete.
Key Trade-off
Analytics vs. Privacy: We could gain deeper insights by tracking individual user journeys, but we choose aggregate, anonymized data. This limits our ability to personalize marketing but preserves player trust.
System Constraints
- • GDPR requires explicit consent for cookies beyond essential ones. We only ask once.
- • Apple App Store guidelines mandate a clear privacy label. Ours is consistent across versions.
- • Our small team (3 devs) cannot manage a complex consent platform. Simplicity is a feature.
What Changes Our Mind
Our stance evolves with technology and law. We would reconsider our minimal analytics if:
- A major OS update breaks our current tracking
- Player feedback demands a feature we can't build without more data
- We receive a legal request that our current model can't fulfill
We document any policy changes in our public changelog.

1. The Discovery: Alex opens Settings > Privacy and finds a clear dashboard. No dense legalese. Three buttons: 'View My Data', 'Request Deletion', 'Adjust Analytics'. 2. The Action: Alex taps 'View My Data'. A secure link is emailed. Inside, a single JSON file shows: "Device ID: [anonymized], Sessions: 42, Levels Completed: 15, Crash Events: 0." 3. The Decision: The data is minimal and clean. Alex realizes no personal identity is stored. Satisfied, they toggle Analytics 'On' to help the developers fix bugs.
